December 2011:
    Despite my efforts, I still am not done. I only have 33,680 words. How much can I type before the end of the year?

November 2011:
    NaNoWriMo time again. I am now passed 31,000 and I hope to finish the first draft of Book I before the end of the month. I'll keep you posted.

September 2011:
    I am about to hit 30,000 words, and I am hoping to finish the first draft before November, so I can start working on Book II for NaNoWriMo.

April 2011:
    I just passed 25,000 words of the first draft - halfway to my goal of 50,000 words!

January 2011:
    New year, new website pattern that is less zany than the previous. I still am working on the first book. I've written about 22,000 words, and my goal is 50,000. I'll post on my new blog when the first draft is completed.

November 2010:
    It's National Novel Writing Month! I'm hard at work to complete the first draft of The Adventures of Hirapis I: The Grand Illusion, the first book in the series.  
    I changed this website to include more color, as well as to change the name of Book II, based on a suggestion from a friend who speaks Japanese.

June 2010:
    Recent additions to the site include a link to the book titles, which includes a short blurb for the first book; basic information on the five lands of Hirapis, and a placeholder for a blog (no blog yet); as well as the influences and map. As my writing progresses, this site shall include more that pertains to Hirapis.
